      Shipping Costs

      Return shipping costs are covered by La DORA if the product has a defect. For other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

      Exchange:We will only accept exchanges if the item has a defect. In such cases, we will replace the defective item with another item from the same product

      Return:You can return your order for any reason and get a full refund. You will return all the items in your order if your order was placed in offer time.
