Exchange and Return Policy

Our Policy of Receiving and Exchanging or Returning Products:

For Bags: You are allowed to open the shipment to check it. If the product is suitable, the customer can accept it. If it is not suitable, it can be returned with the courier, with only the shipping costs to be paid. You can also request an exchange or return of the product within 14 days of receiving it.

For Shoes: You are allowed to open the shipment to check it. If the product is suitable, the customer can accept it. If it is not suitable, it can be returned with the courier, with only the shipping costs to be paid. You can also request an exchange or return of the product within 14 days of receiving it. If you wish to request a different size, the exchange will be made without additional shipping fees. 

For Clothing: You are allowed to open the shipment to check it. If the product is suitable, the customer can accept it. If it is not suitable, it can be returned with the courier, with only the shipping costs to be paid.

In case of any defect in the product ( bags, footwear, clothes) the customer will not pay the shipping fees.

Exchange & Return in Promotions:

Exchange: We will only accept exchanges if the item has a defect. In such cases, we will replace the defective item with another item from the same product

Return: You can return your order for any reason and get a full refund. You will return all the items in your order if your order was placed in offer time.
